Our Promise
We want you to love your Caterpillar Chrysalis Carousel. If there is an issue, we will take care of it.

1. Returns & Exchanges
You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Please note we are unable to accept returns for:

·       Used habitats

·       Items damaged through misuse or neglect

2. How to Start a Return
a) Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
b) Once we review your request, we will reply with the return shipping address and any next steps.
c) Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method of your choice.
d) After we receive and inspect your return, we will send a confirmation email and process your refund.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method as soon as

possible.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving

the wrong or a defective item). We will send you an email confirmation once your refund has been

processed.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Parts
If your item or any part of it arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at

[email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the details and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution at no cost to you.
